We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed and room were wonderful, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the spa, which was one of the best we've been to. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the dock. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to the bus station, making transportation easy for those who don't drive.

They were friendly and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained environment. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is clean and beautiful with plenty of comfortable seating. The location is excellent, right on the water and near all the shops and restaurants in the heart of this city. We loved being adjacent to the transportation center, where we could catch inexpensive trolleys to get around town. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was amazing, and the staff were very attentive and engaging. a wonderful experience!
