We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, especially the receptionist supervisor who went above and beyond to help us. The room was always kept very clean and the cleaning lady was accommodating. We had a balcony that overlooked a nice pool. The location was perfect, just one block away from the main pedestrian drag and a couple of blocks from the beach. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi with a solid connection. The pool area was big and clean, and beach towels were provided. The included breakfast, although simple, was good with toast and fruit.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Playa del Carmen. The location was great, right next to the main street and close to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and they were always in contact with me throughout my stay. The room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good wifi connection. The breakfast, although limited in variety, was delicious and filling. The hotel had a nice swimming pool, and the location was close to the beach, making it perfect for a beach vacation in Mexico.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a block away from the main street. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included and it was a basic continental spread. The hotel had free Wi-Fi and the connection was reliable. The best part was the proximity to the beach, which was just a short walk away. I enjoyed the warm air and sun of Mexico in this area, which has its own microclimate.
