Absolutely incredible boutique hotel with a pleasant secluded setting.

Brand-new rooms have wooden furnishings, coffee, a flat screen TV and a little kitchen.

Many rooms have garden views.

Free English breakfast.

Pleasant restaurant serving Arabic cuisine.

Branded beverages are included in some rates.

Helpful service and a quick check-in.

Rates are fantastic.

A few guests were dissatisfied with rock hard beds.

A few staff members seemed not very welcoming to some vacationers.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right on the Magnificent Mile and provided easy access to all the shopping and attractions. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the clean and well-appointed rooms to the beautiful public areas. I especially enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, which were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious too, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel staff at this establishment were exceptional, providing professional and friendly service throughout our stay. They anticipated our needs, offering assistance with taxis, directions, and even refreshing water. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby attractions such as the theater to see Hamilton and offering convenient parking options.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

The view was phenomenal! The room service food was a 10/10, especially the burger. The staff at this hotel were super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel facilities were luxurious and the location was excellent, with a 6-story mall conveniently located in the same building.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
