The front desk employees were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They securely held and notified me of packages that arrived. Housekeeping even called to explain why they couldn't clean the room and offered assistance. The hotel restaurant had great food and atmosphere. The front desk receptionist informed us of maintenance work and put us on the highest floor to minimize disruptions.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect, just a short walk from State St, Michigan Ave, and the river. It was so convenient to explore the city and visit partner restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were friendly, helpful, and available 24/7. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice pool area, clean rooms, and even a guest laundry facility. Plus, the complimentary shower supplies were a lifesaver when I forgot mine. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff were all exceptional.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially a person named Ronnie who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the River North area and within walking distance to many attractions and amenities. We were able to explore the city easily, thanks to the hotel's convenient proximity to popular sights like Millennium Park and Michigan Ave.
